Avocado
We also offer avocados, an exotic fruit, throughout the year, capitalising on the right place in the right season. We go from Chile, Spain, Israel and Morocco to Peru, Brazil and South Africa, ending the year in Chile.
Avocados can be oval or spherical. The skin can be green, brown or purplish. The skin is uneven when the fruit is ripe.
The avocado is a very healthy and nutritious fruit.

Cauliflower
Cauliflower is a type of cabbage. Of course, this is one of the few cabbages where you don't eat the leaves, but rather the cauliflower itself.
Cabbage that is not harvested develops flower stalks with white-yellow flowers. Hence the name cauliflower.
As well as the classic white cauliflower, there are also purple and green varieties, including ‘romanesco’.
Our cauliflower comes mainly from the Taragona region of Spain.

Spring Onion
Like leeks, garlic and chives, spring onions belong to the onion family.
They are also known as green onions.
Our spring onions come mainly from southern Spain and Italy.
