Ringoot Overseas

In order to strengthen its position and expand its range of overseas products and European vegetables, Ringoot Fruit decided to acquire Fruithandel Oscar Van Assche in 2009. In 2016, Fruithandel Oscar Van Assche changed its name to Ringoot Overseas nv. While Fruithandel Oscar Van Assche focused mainly on overseas products such as citrus fruits, grapes, exotic products (pineapples, mangoes, avocados, etc.) and Italian and Spanish vegetables, Ringoot Overseas wants to concentrate more on the overseas sector: to be able to choose a fair product more deliberately, a good relationship with the grower and supplier and a quality offer for our customer.
The collaboration between Ringoot Fruit and Ringoot Overseas is the key to success. The two teams, which now operate as one, give their all every day to bring the Ringoot group to where it is today.
