There are 2 types of oranges: those to peel and oranges for juicing. Pressed oranges (salutiana, valecia-late, maroclate, etc.) generally contain more juice than the ones you peel (navelina, navelate, etc.).

Oranges get their beautiful orange colour from warm days and cool nights. The temperature difference ensures its beautiful colour and the ripening process. The greater the contrast between daytime and night-time temperatures, the more colourful the orange.

Throughout the year, we offer high-quality purple and green artichokes from Italy and France.

We mainly offer round, purple aubergines from Sicily, which are distinguished by their flavour from their elongated variant.
